Booth Information & Registration

We’re thrilled to welcome local businesses, artisans, and community organizations to participate in the

Growing Healthy Children event! Becoming a vendor is a great way to share your mission, connect with families,

and help promote a healthy, active lifestyle.

💚 Our Shared Mission

The pillars of Growing Healthy Children are Nutrition, Physical Health, and Mental Wellbeing. We’re looking for community partners who share these same values — those committed to providing equitable opportunities for children and families through nutritious food choices, physical activity, and holistic health.

Cost to Participate

Instead of a booth fee, each organization is asked to contribute a raffle prize valued at $50 or more. These prizes will be part of our post-event family raffle, a fun way to give back and celebrate our community’s support!

Time Commitment: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
  • Vendors may drive into the event area to unload before 7:30 a.m.

  • After 7:30 a.m., vehicles must be parked and materials carried in.

  • All booths must be set up by 7:50 a.m. and remain open until 10:30 a.m.

  • This event will take place rain or shine — please plan accordingly!

 

What to Bring

Each organization is responsible for bringing:

  • Tables

  • Chairs

  • Pop-up tent or canopy

🚫 Sales Policy: 

Please note: No items may be sold at this event. Booths should focus on community engagement, education, and outreach — not direct sales.
